Dear Arnold,
I hope you are safe with your family during this pandemic. I'm fine here with my family by the grace of God.
The COVID-19 has brought unseen challenges and opportunities. There has been a lot going around despite negligible public movement on the roads and marketplace. Stay-At-Home directive of the Government has given most of us the chance to spend more and more time with family and loved ones.
Apart from spending time with my Granny, I finished reading Vikram Seth's A Suitable Boy. It's a lovely book, you must give it a read too. Next on my list is 'Atomic Habits' by James Clear. I have also signed up to the online Yoga classes and it has improved both my mental and physical health. Recently, I learnt about Origami and have been posting the art-work on my Instagram profile. I'm certain you'll like them all.
My evenings have been occupied to assist my mother in the kitchen with the chores. I've learnt to prepare Rajma-Chawal, One-Pot Chicken Pulao and Burritos- an amazing Mexican dish. I shall make those for you as soon as the situation gets better, isolation norms are relaxed and we meet.
Do let me know how have you been spending this lockdown period at your place. Convey my regards to uncle and aunt. I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours lovingly,
Suzan
